Hi & welcome to Fashion Cents! I started this blog because I love fashion, everything about it- clothes, jewelry, make up, perfumes- you name it, I'm obsessed with it. I want this blog to be different. My only actual background in fashion is reading Cosmo monthly and shopping! If you are not a big spender, then this blog is for you. I shop at Kohls, J.C.Penney, New York & Co., Old Navy, T.J.Maxx, Marshalls- retail stores, no name brands, and for the most part, that's fine with me.
